Amar VPN: Fast & Secure (App, we, us, or our) is developed by Amar Software Hub (Organization). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We design Amar VPN with privacy in mind and do not require login, account creation, or any personal information to use the core VPN functionality.
Data Collected by the App Itself
- No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).
- No Browsing Activity: We do not log or store your browsing history, websites visited, DNS queries, IP addresses (after connection), or any content transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
- No-Logs Policy for VPN: We follow a strict no-logs policy for VPN usage. The OpenVPN connection encrypts your internet traffic between your device and the VPN server. We do not monitor, record, or store your online activities.
- Device and Network Information: For app functionality (VPN connection and network information checker), we may access device identifiers, IP address (for connection purposes only), network status, and connection metrics. This data is processed locally or transiently and is not stored by us in a way that identifies you.
- Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated app usage statistics (e.g., connection success rates, crashes) may be collected to improve the App. No personally identifiable data is included.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App includes advertisements and uses third-party services:
- Google AdMob: These networks may collect device information, advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), and usage data to serve and personalize ads. This data is handled according to their respective privacy policies. We do not share VPN activity or personal data with ad providers.
- Other Libraries: OpenVPN and others may collect limited technical data for their functions. These are standard for app performance and do not involve personal data storage by us.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the VPN service and network tools.
- To display advertisements that support the free service.
- For internal analytics to understand app performance and fix issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use VPN traffic data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than routing your encrypted connection.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- VPN traffic is encrypted and routed through third-party free servers. These servers do not receive identifiable user data from us.
- Data may be shared with third-party ad networks only for advertising purposes, as described above. No VPN-related activity is shared.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect any data processed by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. The OpenVPN protocol provides strong encryption for your internet traffic.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
Your Rights and Choices
- Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
- Data Access / Deletion: Since we collect minimal to no personal data, there is little to delete. Contact us for any concerns.
- Consent for Ads: The App may show a consent form (e.g., via Google User Messaging Platform) for users in regions like the EEA.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
